We use UPS and Best Freight. If the parts are in stock, we generally will get your order out within 24 to 48 hours. You will get a email with a UPS tracking number. You can go to the UPS web site and insert your tracking number to see when your purchase will arrive.
No Hassle Return Policy
If you are not completely Satisfied you can return it. You have 30 days from the original ship date (International customers have 60 days to return parts). Just send a copy of your purchase invoice along with your interior product.
We will refund or do an exchange for an item of the same price or higher immediately following inspection of the returned item.
All parts returned must be in resellable condition and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. If an item is defective, or if we made an error in your order, we will reimburse your return shipping at regular ground rates. If these conditions are not met, items will be will be returned to the customer at their expense.
No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
No returns on Custom Interiors or special orders.
No returns of a partial interior kit or set, unless it is for repair or exchange.
Parts returned without customer number, address and invoice number will not be processed for a refund or exchange and will be disposed of in 30 days. Note: Return packages must be sent with shipping charges prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier that provides tracking in the event it is lost or damaged.
